Pinwheel Sandwiches
Ingredients:
- Sandwich Bread 1
- Butter 8 ounce or 200g
- Salt ½ tsp
- Black Pepper ½ tsp
- Mustard Paste ½ tsp
- Boiled eggs 2 (mashed)
- Green chutney ½ cup
- Ketchup ½ cup
- Mayonnaise ½ cup
Cooking Directions:
- Slice the sandwich loaf lengthwise.
- Trim crust from the bread.
- Flatten the bread slices with a rolling pin.
- Spread butter and mayonnaise on top of the slices.
- Top with a layer of chutney filling, or ketchup or boiled eggs.
- Now roll the slices into a swiss roll.
- Fix with tooth picks and chill for 2 hours till firm.
- Remove and cut into slices.
