Pinwheel Sandwiches

Pinwheel Sandwiches

Ingredients:

  • Sandwich Bread 1 
  • Butter 8 ounce or 200g 
  • Salt ½ tsp 
  • Black Pepper ½ tsp 
  • Mustard Paste ½ tsp 
  • Boiled eggs 2 (mashed) 
  • Green chutney ½ cup 
  • Ketchup ½ cup 
  • Mayonnaise ½ cup

Cooking Directions:

  • Slice the sandwich loaf lengthwise. 
  • Trim crust from the bread.
  • Flatten the bread slices with a rolling pin. 
  • Spread butter and mayonnaise on top of the slices. 
  • Top with a layer of chutney filling, or ketchup or boiled eggs. 
  • Now roll the slices into a swiss roll. 
  • Fix with tooth picks and chill for 2 hours till firm. 
  • Remove and cut into slices.
