Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Blanched Almonds
- 2 cups Milk
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom Seeds
- 3 tbsp Honey
Method:
- Place the nuts in a blender and process until finely chopped.
- Add 2/3 cup milk and process until smooth paste.
- Pour the milk into a pan and whisk the remaining milk.
- Boil the milk, add the cardamom seeds.
- Remove the pan from the heat and add honey.
- Strain the milk and blend for a frothy effect and serve at once.
