Seekh Kabab

Ingredients:

  • Minced Meat - 1/2 kg 
  • Onion - 1 chopped 
  • Ginger -1" chopped 
  • Garlic Paste - 1/2 tsp 
  • Green Chili - 1 chopped 
  • Salt - 1 tsp 
  • Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp 
  • Hot Spice Powder - 1 tsp 
  • Gram Flour (Besan) - 2 tbsp 
  • Green Coriander - 2 tbsp
  • Oil - 2 tbsp

Cooking Directions:

  • Mix all the above ingredients.
  • Make in the shape of kabab and pan fry. 
  • Serve hot with green chutney.
