Buttermilk Roast Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Drumstick - 10
  • Buttermilk  - 2 cup ( You can mix curd with some water)
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tbsp
  • Oil - 4 tbsp
  • Chili Powder - 2 tsp
  • Freshly Ground Pepper - 1 tsp
  • Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar - 1 tsp

Cooking Directions:

  • Take a large bowl, place the chicken drumstick in.
  • Pour buttermilk, chili powder, cumin powder, salt, sugar, ginger garlic paste, pepper, oil into the bowl.
  • Mix well and now place this in fridge to marinate overnight or 3-4 hours.
  • Preheat the oven to 200 Degree C / 400 Degree F.
  • Foil line a baking tray and spray some oil over it.
  • Arrange the chicken pieces on the tray leaving space between them.
  • Bake it in the oven for 30 min. Remove the tray from the oven and flip them over. Now cook it for 15 more min or it is nicely browned and cooked all the way through.
  • Remove them from oven and allow it to cool down for 5 min.
  • Serve warm or hot with any dish.
