Ingredients:
- Milk solid ½ kg
- Flour 2 tbsp
- Cooking Oil 2 tbsp
- Baking Powder ½ tsp
- Egg 1
- Cardamom powder ¼ tsp
- Almond 50 gm (chopped)
- Silver paper 2
- Oil for frying
Ingredients for Sugar Syrup (Sheera):
- Sugar 2 cup
- Water 2 cup
- Cardamom 2
Cooking Directions:
- In a bowl put milk solid, egg, flour, oil, baking powder, and cardamom powder.
- Using your hand mix the ingredients well.
- Make small balls of this mixture and fry in oil on low flame.
- Cook sugar and cardamom in water.
- When sugar melt and mixture thickens, turn the flame off.
- Soak the prepared Gulab Jamun in the sugar syrup.
- Decorate with almonds and silver paper.
