Ingredients:
For Cutlets Mixture:
- Oil - 1 tbsp + for deep frying
- Onion - 1 large chopped finely
- Green Chili - 2 chopped finely
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
- Carrot - 1 large chopped finely
- Beans - 10 chopped finely
- Salt to taste
- Chili Powder - 1 tsp
- Tomato Ketchup - 1 tbsp
- Breadcrumbs - 1/2 cup
- Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves - 3 tbsp finely chopped
- Potatoes - 2 large boiled, peeled and mashed
For Coating:
- All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1/4 cup
- Breadcrumbs - 2 cups
Cooking Directions:
- Heat oil in a pan, add in onions, green chilies, ginger garlic paste and cook for a min or so.
- Add in turmeric powder and mix well.
- Add in veggies and mix well. Add in some salt and a splash of water and cook for 3 to 4 min.
- Add in chili powder and mix well. Add in potatoes, ketchup, breadcrumbs, salt and mix well.
- Add in coriander leaves and garam masala powder. Mix well. Now set this aside so it cools a bit.
- Take small portions from this and roll it into ball, flatten it slightly and set aside.
- Take all purpose flour in a bowl, add water and make it into a thin liquid. Now take breadcrumbs in a bowl.
- Take cutlet and coat with the flour coating and then the breadcrumbs. Once it is well coated, drop in hot oil and fry till crispy.
- Drain and serve with ketchup.
